Clinker is one of the raw materials for cement production and is a process product and depending on the type of cement, it is used in cement composition. In general, cement is prepared in two ways, wet and dry. In the wet method, the raw materials (clinker) are mixed and ground together in water, and during the dry period, the raw materials (clinker) are mixed and ground in the dry state.
To produce it, the limestone must first be blown up by dynamite and then extracted in special crushers and gradually crushed. Stone pellets are mixed with clay slurry in ball mills. In this Asian method, the crushing of the rock is done smoothly and turned into a round, and the resulting slurry is directed to special tanks.
These materials weld together to form 4to 30 mm balls, called clinker pulp.
